I'm trying to build up a runaround for my brother for as little money as possible - Just need some cheap bits to finish it off. Also - Lae is that orbit frame still available?

1'' handlebars - Flat, riser, or drops
Brake levers - for canti/calipers not V brakes
Cranks - Basic square taper will do
Can get to cov train station or town centre to meet
