Polo: Edinburgh Tournament, poss UK Championships

REgistration is open. Lucas/Matt, shall I register us? It's only £5 per head...

Sounds like Lucas is probably in, and MG is out. If Matt or Fin comes, we can try to cram four of us into one car (may have to take wheel covers off the bikes) so petrol would be cheap (c£20-40per person, although if Lucas drives I don't know about his car...)

Edinburgh are going to try to provide free accommodation, but me and the missus will probably stay in a hostel or cheap b&b (c£30 each per night). Also, there's talk of free-camping about 5 miles away, so it could be a very cheap trip, especially considering the £5 ph registration fee.

My inclination is to leave early on Saturday morning (probably looking at a 5am start) and just stay the one night. They're on about getting it all wrapped up by Sunday mid-afternoon, so we could even be back home by 9/10pm.

Matt, what say ye?

Edit - my missus may not come now. If she doesn't I'd stay in a cheap hostel dorm.

I'm out now - fucked up my holiday timing at work so no chance of getting the Saturday off!

Was thinking about the Sheffield tournament, but can't do that either.

Anyone have a proper job they can give me? LJ seems to do alright doing drawings, maybe I could do that...

Roll on birmingham tournaments, where we can just go after work and sleep at home in our own beds!

Yeah, we just need about 10 more teams! (And for the current teams to field complete lineups!)
