I will be taking around 750ml as thats the size of my bottle... I don't know if there are any refill points like with the dynamo. But as it's overnight water intake can be minimised so shouldn't be a problem. I reckon the best bet would be a 24hr garage somewhere along the route...
edit: Their forum suggests some scouts are opening a tea stop somewhere along the way, so refills should be possible there, but no guarantees!
