Painting carbon frames is pretty easy compared to steel/alu. I've done two, as well as a couple of aluminium and steel ones.
You don't need to strip the old paint first, unless you are obsessed about weight and extra 100g or so of paint... Stripping a carbon frame is a right PITA.
