"CLUTCH W-275-03" is the lump of metal inside the hub shell and "W-275-04 DRIVER 12 / W-275-04 DRIVER 13" is the cog and big thread which pulls the clutch or lump to the right to engage with the hub shell "SHELL".
I couldn't find as understandable an illustration of a coaster brake hub but there's this
You just have to imagine the hubshell in there.
Get rid of the brake shoes and brake arm and just have the clutch engage with the hubshel again and you'd have backwards drive.
