2100g with headset is seriously light isn't it? That means the frame must be about 1400g!
Tifosi still make a 1" carbon forks with eyelets. It fits a 28c tyre too I think. I wouldn't buy used carbon forks from eBay and surprised anyone does.
The lamp lug would be for a dynamo lamp I guess, cutting down on excessive cables by getting it close to the hub.
