i wouldn't say so, in fact id say i ride slightly small. do a bit of searching for a lo pro size guide ;-)

It's a Bianchi time trial frame or something like that. I think it originally was a lo pro because most professional road frames have a low bb and the geometry looks right with that fork.
Great looking beast! And I do think that you'll ruin it if you change to track-ends. It's worth restoring i think.
