• Sam, you might be ok- these hubs came (at first) with an alluminium freehub body to save weight.

In order that the cassette not chew the splines up Shimano made them double height to increase the contact area between sprocket and freehub body.

This means that the older nine speed cassettes won't fit as the relief in the sprocket is not cut deep enough to go over the spline.

I've never used a SRAM cassette, so don't know if they cut the reliefs to the same depth as 9 speed Shimano (won't work) or 10 speed Shimano (will work).

The freehub body is brand new, and titanium- the hubs should probably be designated 7850 now due to the freehub body upgrade/change.

You could of course use a Dura Ace cassette on these- I have a spare 12-25 7800 cassette I'll throw in, gratis, it is worn but should get you going.

To sum up= SRAM cassette might not work, needs testing.

However, I'll include a DA cassette, which will work with your Force setup.
