I have a Croix de Fer frameset, hopefully winging it's way to me this week. I was going to build up a GT Rave frameset that I bought a few months back, but the thought of something a bit more modern, but still steel, with discs (and the fact that I believe I paid a decent price for it) won me over.
I have an old set of MTB wheels built up with Hope Pro2s. I plan to take these apart and get the hubs built onto some 700c rims. I've got a 105 5600 triple groupset to put on it too.
Any advice on some 700c rims? Would they need to be disc specific?
