Swimming

Brockwell today to test out the new wettie, but it was too warm so went without (had it 3 weeks and it's still in the plastic wrapping!) 2hr gentle plod - first time I've done a couple of hours in ages - pins and needles in the arms for the last 40 mins or so.

Did feel a little bit of cold in the second hour, but nothing bothersome - probably due to a 5hr run yesterday and being drenched to the skin on the cycle there. Ate a bit of banana and HTFUed.

Why does getting wet feel glorious but putting on wet clothes feel like the worst thing in the world?

Brockwell Lido ? Could have told me, i would have come and joined you. Instead i watched the tennis and drank too much wine. :(

First weekend ive had off in ages though.
