They booked more than they could realistically afford. Being a London venue, the volume was down after 11. Thus the positively strange 9 o clock booking for orbital tonight. Generally they were out of their depth, what with a new (very poorly equipped and laid out) venue, location, and event format.
Walk before you run, etc.
They won't be back, this will have cost them millions.
