Does any one have more info on these hubs? How they spin, how they hold up etc.

I'm putting together a 'C-record groupset' and just need a rear hub to build the wheels. However, as the wheels will be ridden on the road at some point, I was wondering if the electra hubs might be more suitable for completing the look without the potential for catastrophic wheel failure, but still good enough to use on the track.
