So, I have taken the plunge and bought a Hija de la Coneja in small:
Frame is coming in dark grey so I am thinking black, silver and gold components :D
So this is the list of bought components:
Shimano SLX Cranks - Black (with gold chainring bolts)
Shimano XT freehub 36h front and rear (rim brake version) - Silver (w/ SS conversion kit)
Salsa Gordo 26" 36h rims - Black
Deore black V brake lever
and this is the stuff left to get:
Headset - I am thinking a gold chris king (if I can get one of ebay)
Stem - Thompson 70mm black 0 rise (black spacers)
Grips - ODI black
Bars - Current silver risers
Seatpost - Prob a black (or silver) Thompson elite in-line
Saddle - Current brown Brooks (may change)
Seat clamp - Gold
FBO - Current Avid 7
Brake cable - Gold Nokon (that might be pushing it)
Chain - MOAR GOLD!!!!!
Tyres - Conti sport contact...dont know what size yet
All the gold stuff might sound revolting but there has to bit a bit of ostentatious bling, its a polo bike for goodness sake! :D
