Looking good! I found the Halford paint to be much less hardy than Hammerite but you should be ok with the primer and top coat. Touch ups will be easier to with ready access to the right paint.
Those seat posts are a nightmare but you could always polish it up or just paint the area that will be exposed. A new chrome seat clamp will be cheap and easy to find.
