Matt black rims, 700c, clinchers, don't know what else to say. They're round. Beautiful, reliable, strong and light. Y'all know them..
As they are right now they haven't seen any brakes.

No, the MA2 is a traditional non machined rim. But brakes work on them well.

These have been powdercoated though, so would expect the braking surface to behave similar to a chrome rim. But wear off if you brake on it too much.

also, ^what DFP said. You can use some special pads which will delay the wear, but it will happen nevertheless.
