Meh, seen worse. The worst ones I have seen were from a medical textbook I had at uni.
It had a case study of a guy who, in a fit of sexual frenzy, connected his knob to the mains power supply and had burned, what can only be described as a crater, into his little fella.
The one that made me feel really unwell was the case study into a guy who didn't realise that you actually have to wash under your foreskin, the smegma built up to such and extent that it calcified, the write up was accompanied by before and after photos and photos of the surgeon chipping away at it.
