So, I'm reporting back. I didn't get the Innis & Gunn, nor the Punk IPA (I changed my mind on that one) that I wanted,
so added a couple that weren't in my original choices. New list is:
McEwan's No.1 Champion - A decent ale, but not outstanding in any way
Brakspear Triple - Hoppy/malty, slightly sweet. A heavenly nectar.
Fuller's Golden Pride - Actually boring
Robinson's Old Tom - A stout-like ale, in taste and texture. not sweet. Clean. Refreshing.Warming.
Bad King John -
Fullers Past Masters Double Stout -
Fullers Golden Pride -
Theakston Old Peculiar - Texture of Guinness, with a faint chocolatey finish.
