Dura ace 7400 calipers

Would anyone know how I'd go about finding part no.6 in the below diagram??

Maybe a donor caliper? I wouldn't have thought spares that small are available. You might be able to bodge it though.

Failing that, can I use the rear as a front by just swapping out the pivot bolt and nut with front one?
