Many many thanks to alex and all her team from southwark ;
we got lost towards the end [ missed a turning through inattention, probably having chilled out too much in the wonderful yurt]
and inadvertently saw the sights of saxmundham
[ not that interesting at 7 am]
but with help from fellow lost cyclists
we found the A12 and the road to dunwich to get to the beach and the best full english;
flew my kite [ literally]
and saw my recumbent safely loaded on the artic.
i know its heresy on this list but for those of you complaining about sore matters below the waist; my trusty old kingcycle recumbent ensured that i could walk with ease today; [and did my usual 15 mile commute]
i cannot recommend a recumbent too highly; no aching wrists/shoulders etc either;
as ever a wonderful night;
congrats to my daughter on her first dd [regular road bike; geared] who kept her old man company on the road
