Definitely quicker given it's a proper bike that happen to have small wheels, the Moulton is perfectly at home on this particular ride due to the lack of hill, I know I would've enjoyed mine on the last Dun Run had I not took the fixed wheel bike.
Put it in a very hilly area and it'll struggle with it's tiny wheels.
