So, Lucas (this is Tracee) fractured his wrist at polo yesterday. In a temp cast today and they will set it tomorrow. Of course, still wants to play this weekend, lol! He said he can just move the brake to the other side ;)

Ouch, how long is the cast going to be on? Hope he's OK

Oh bummer! I can just imagine him sitting in business meetings explaining what the hell 'bike polo' is to his colleagues. I guess Chris/LJ will need a sub?

I can heartily recommend using Neil as an impact-reduction zone.

Not sure how long, he goes to the Fracture Clinic tomorrow. They also said it may require surgery? We'll see what they say in the morning but I'm guessing he won't be playing. Lindsey drove him to work today, it still hurts pretty bad and having a stick shift makes it kinda difficult, even though he swears he can drive with his knees. He'll be fine and an endless source of amusement watching him try to do everyday tasks such as getting dressed for the next 4-6 weeks :)

Yeah, my finger took 8 weeks to be right again. Stupid complicated hands.

Well done everybody, great weekend of polo fun!!! Bloody exhausted at work today - went home at lunch (yeah self employment!)... Stabbath, you were frikken awesome as always. I have to print some "Nice save Dave!" tees for Zob and Tappy!

I was about for such a short time on Sunday, but i was so chuffed to see Stabbath play a few games, which made me feel extremely proud too.

I was so impressed with your reading of the games, and the waves of attacks that came again and again. Add to that the defensive plays that you threw in (when needed) and it was an absolute joy to watch. Well done chaps. Seriously, well done.

Maybe we could split an order of 50 (think that's the min) with manchester or cambridge and stock up our own shop. Would be good to have a ready supply. I spoke with a group from wolverhampton about establishing a scene/club there. I'm sure they'd want some too.
