Good luck with that mate...I would go for it at a much lower price as a bit of jewellery as i used to race on these in the 80's Keep your eye on the fork especially if it has no hole under the crown..

You always going to be up against prejudice over the so called 'death forks' unfortunately. I've had several with the alloy forks and never a problem.
But you are up against prejudice here. Prejudice = unreasoned thinking according to my dictionary. Quite true in my experience.On the other hand, as a buyer you get cheap bargains because of all the bullshit myths: ) I've had many, and as a buyer I know I've had many good bargains because of the bullshit surrounding these frames/forks.
