yea im not a big fan. I currently ride conti city contacts on 700c and if i go 26, ima gna go for the resist nomads or the dmr super motos. now thats a good looking tyre....

I still dont understand the purpose/attraction of doing this fixed. Why not just use the same bike freewheel, or even with a coaster brake?
The new generation of FGFS, with 2" + tyres are made for jumping off stuff. Not riding fast in a comfy position or doing old hat fixy tricks like keospins.
So why not freewheel? A coaster would also allow backwards freewheeling for even more trick possibilities.
