I have something you may like, it's a 58 x 58cm c-c smooth welded Fanciulli frame, probably early nineties but maybe late eighties? Super Vitus tubings have the same weight and wall thicknesses as Columbus SL/SLX tubings, but not the massive price tag. Frame complete with Columbus chrome forks.
The paintwork is quite stunning, with just a few blemishes. 130mm rear spacing and internal cable routing. I bought this bike for the Campag parts from a nice man in Lille, and I don't need the frame (too small for me). I rode it across London in its current build state, and it's really nice and responsive.
From velospace:

I have this frame, it's 501SL and although it's not 531 it's the lighter version of 501 and in super condition. Does have a few marks though but no dings, dents or anything like that. It's a 58.

Bump, picked up an rx100 groupset with STI shifters yesterday, just need a suitable frame to get it going. I need mudguard eyelets though and something I could leave locked up. Rack mounts are a bonus as i might do some light touring.

Ha aye, I was the one that wanted them posted! Been after an rx100 set for a while for a mid 90's Dawes audax 531c frame I have. Wheels usually go on the bay for 50 in okay condition, STI's about 55, brakes 20 . . . . so I recon it was a bargain. Was it in good condition?

Guerrila, have a 58 (c-t) terry dolan dedacciai frameset with mudguard eyelets in ferrari red which suits the bill. Just about average condition. PM'd.

It was a lot better than I was expecting to be honest they guy through in some new pads and some cables as well. I'll give you first dibs at cost plus postage if i get rid.
Any frames to go with my bargain group? downtube gear adjustments would be a plus.

Looking for a steel road frame and fork to go with an RX100 groupset I hope to collect soon. What have you got? I'm hoping for a non descript raleigh 531 frame or something like that.
.hi. i have exactly what you are after. i think its a late 70' raleigh competition g.s. judging by the weinmann brakes and campagnolo nuovo gran sport stuff.but im not sure.its def 531 though.i'd sell just the frame and forks. -

Well, yes it used to be mine but I sold it. Then I bought an identical F+F when I seen one come up on a forum. Has eyelets and rack holes, made from 531c and originally came with rsx+rx100 stuff.
