Finished!!! Woooo!!!
^This made me think I'd somehow ballsed up my day's massively. Not impressed (congrats though!)
And I've taken one for the team - just purchased a nice (and not quite so pricey) rain jacket, so fingers crossed it'll stay dry!
What time are people rocking up to LF?

Excited for the ride tonight. Energy flapjacks are cooling on the side right now.
I think I've missed this in the previous convo - what times are people looking to set off?

The weather is looking amazing. Warm, no rain and a tailwind the whole way. I'm so glad I just jinxed it.

I am ABSURDLY excited. Possibly because of the still being drunk. I am totally not going to fall asleep in a toilet this year too.

That's quite a tailwind! Should make it nice and easy, unless you're riding back that is...
Have fun everyone, I can't make it this year as we're moving this weekend.

How man of you will stop for fuel?
I'm defintely going to shoulder on instead as stopping for an hour isn't comfortable in the slightest.

You could have moved to Dunwich and killed two birds with one stone.

But then I wouldn't live near you Oliver.
Why do you think we wanted to move to Clapton?

Exceited about doing my first Dynamo, so got up early and had a bacon sandwich. Fitted bottle cages and frame corner bag to my unsuitable for this type of distance bike. I've got space in my pockets for tobacco, wind jacket and a pump. Not sure where I'm going to store energy bars or sandwiches.
Looking forward to the tailwind helping me.

ditch the tobacco for energy bars/sandwiches.

still deciding whether to do this fixed or geared. Would prefer fixed but my gearing is quite spinny --> 66GI. Hmmm/grrrr...have changed water bottle holders over twice already...
both sold now. thanks.
