Wow. Heal up soon.
Bike damage?

I haven't even seen the bike yet. Apparently I took most of the damage! I don't think I can hack a cycling holiday in the alpes next week... I hope I don't have to do too much for my bike...

Never know. Memory loss is a strange thing - I didn't know who, what or where I was for a good hour after a spill near Brick lane last year.
Terrifying and confusing at the time but suddenly all came back to me while under observation -

Look after your self, hope the injuries heal quickly.
Well... In hospital now, about to be discharged. Would like to say thanks to whoever managed to report the incident. I have no recollection of what happened. I woke up in a hospital bed in Lycra, didn't even know I went for a bike ride that afternoon/ evening. In fact, last thing I remember was sleeping in my own bed and the next morning being in a hospital bed. Helmet apparently cracked in half and my CT scan is fine and bruised on one side of my body. Thank goodness I was wearing a helmet!
