I have some Overboard ones. Uber waterproof, and with roll closing. The clamps dont fit the large tubing the integratewd rack is made out of though.
I have some of these QR bunge straps which seem to work well. The fittings are bolted onto some rear braze-ons on either side, as well low down nearer the seat tube.
This rack extension could be a better solution.

But to be honest. I plan to buy the massive mundo bags, and move the bungees to allow them to hold stuff to the top of the rack. Once the babyseat is'nt needed.
