BlueQuinn,
I'm travelling from Oxford area to Gatwick this Friday any chance of picking it up during the day before 1600 or Thursday night (not quite so convenient!). Give me a call on 07891677927 to arrange pick-up with address, telephone no. and preferred timings.
Many Thanks
Nige

Alas, I'm out of the country until July, so a pickup on Friday would not be possible.
If you are still around on Sunday then we could arrange something then, -

Snagless - Sunday wont be possible as I'm down in Plymouth, but I work in Oxford so send me a text and we'll arrange a midweek pickup on your return in July.

I am selling a complete a** Shimano Nexus SG-7C26 7-speed **internal gear hub, with coaster brake, 36 hole, 127 OLN. With all the bits, and built into a wheel.
I had it on the my (famous) blue Quinn, which was a 126 frame cold-set to 130 (having previously been squeezed to 120). This hub took me to Dunwich with no problems and has been on the bike for a year or two since.
It is laced (by this forum's own Hillbilly) to a Remerx Taurus 50/14 deep V rim with DT Swiss spokes. one spoke broke and got lost, but 35 others all doing just fine. Rim is good, never seen a brake.
I will include a matching front rim, which has been used with a brake but has plenty of life left in the braking surface.
Wheel comes complete with a not too worn Maxxis Re-Fuse 700x23c tyre
It includes the black and grey 7R and 7L tab washers. These ensure the axle doesn't rotate in the dropouts, and are angled for normal forward-facing horizontal dropouts on most bikes.
Also includes a gear cable and front brake cable, little cable clamp attachment to connect to the hub, and a brake/twist-shift lever for riser bars. The shift lever has a crack in the plastic cover, but I have added a bit of chain link to keep everything fastened firmly down.
Plus a PDF of the fitting instructions and an exploded diagram
It's in perfect working order, and very shiny and nice looking. It's probably due a re-grease by now.
**
£90 for the lot, **which I think is a fair price for the condition and the fact there's nothing really to do except fit it and go riding.
Sold to Nigabel. Cheers!
