An epidemic of full roadie lycra commuting breaking out; loads of dudes in trainers bibshorts and a jersey everywhere. Strange days.

And someone who is not JAMIE in denim hotpants and a muscle tee causing great excitement to a couple of ladies in a car who were watching him trackstand at the lights in Lewisham. You have some fans.

I confess, I wore fulll lycra this morning.

It felt good.
