Depends on how far forward you have the rear wheel, pulled back in the dropout you might squeeze one in. But if the wheel shifts a bit you're fucked! I'd probs stick with a 28 max. 23's are what I'm running and that's pretty tight with the wheel pulled right forward in the dropout.
