Hello,
(1) what year is this frame? Approx 1998
(2) are you the original owner? Yes
(3) how long is the headtube, including headset?
I'll check, but i think from memory headtube is about 19cm and to top of stem cap is about 25-26cm
I take it this is the mid noughties alu Paris? Yes it is
