That frame is EXACTLY the same as my daily ride, lugs, oil trap hole and everything.
As another bit of history/background it is indeed a 1950's frame, made by Humber which was a sister company of Raleigh at the time when all their bikes were made in Nottingham.
Mine was badged as a Humber Streak and was originally sold as fixed with the option for a SA 3-speed. I have seen these frames also branded as Raleigh Super Lentons. Great frames, R531 awesomeness :-)
