I contacted Corima at the time I sold this to TP88 and they confirmed that the wheel was fine for a brake.
As far as I'm aware. no Corima wheels have an aluminium "braking surface" but all their wheels track, road or whatever can be used with the appropriate carbon specific brake pads, much the same as any other carbon rim or wheel.
