Slightly better pic as it stands currently.
Definitely thinking I'll build her up with NJS parts. I'd love a track-styke bike that I can also ride long distances on, so that means slightly beefier wheels (maybe get a matching Gran Compe front), front brake, clipless pedals, a non-NJS saddle (happy with the Concor Light) and probably keep the bottle cage too.
Not sure about track drops - I've never tried them. Only one way to find out I guess!
