I bought one for a bike I had ages ago and it lasted for years averaging 4000 miles per year in all weathers, so yeah I'd say it was money well spent.

they are good quality. using a un55 107 at the moment. best 107mm jis would be un90series, expensive nos on ebay

SKF bottom bracket are fantastically reliable.

skf make pretty good bearings, in fact a world leader
i guess their BB's will be pretty good too if they use the same level of engineering
are these worth the money? i seem to wear out my stronglight ones out fairly quickly, i think it's the northern rain and grit mixture, coupled with a fair bit of canal towpath and cycle ways riding.
any other recommendations for a long lasting bb? (jis 107mm)
