Essentially the extra muscular effort can temporarily squash the nerves and blood vessels going in to the leg which will cause the tingling / burning / numbness.
Insurance medicals are generally quite generic and non-specifc. Scrotum pain / numbness is not normal unless related to saddle pressure. Any loss of control of bladder and bowel function is also not good and would need more urgent assessment but this should have been cleared on day 1. PM if you have any specific queries.
