I've got a HED3c that I've been meaning to shift. Slightly pulsy breaking surface, and bearings could be smoother (just re-greased by the LBS though so might improve a bit yet), but I've still done several 21min 10 mile TTs on it so its not in bad shape and its super light. £275?

I'm not sure. Depends how you value it. If it needs new bearings (not guaranteed) they're not at all expensive, its way more aero than the corima, and its the best version of the HED3s.

Oh and its a tub.
