I'm not saying it's bad, but, to me, this diade los muertos theme in tattooing is like a trend gone old.
And I've seen it done better as well.
The image itself is nice, but imagine how her hair will fade / melt down in a couple of years, as well as a lot of the soft shadings in her face.
Also not a fan of the way white ink is being used in that tattoo.
Ah ok I've only just found out what it's of/about, I was looking for pirate tattoos on google images and came across that one, didn't know anything about the day of the dead.
How does shading like that fare over time? I'm thinking of getting something done in a similar style but if it's going to look shit after a while I may have to reassess
