I am sure this is well meant and very well informed but I don't know what this means. I googled 'neurovascular compromise' and i'm now shitting my pants. i am also about to reach settlement for said RTI and have had niggling doubts about how well assessed I've been as I still get pain in my sacrum/hip when riding, especially on hard efforts, which makes me think that there could be underlying issues beyond scar tissue as the cursory medical exam i had for the insurers thought. Possible this is linked to numb foot syndrome? I conked my head pretty bad as the driver was going 50mph when he took me out leaving me concussed for about 9 days.
