That will have no effect on the Euros as England will not even get to the semis. I am very surprised that they got through to the QFs.
No government minister will attend the QFs or the Final (if England qualifies). One will attend the SFs (if England qualify). While some are angered by the failure to attend, I would question why a government minister thinks it appropriate to attend the SFs.
