do you have a problem with it?

Your question clearly implies that you do

Here's a useful comment: stop acting like a twat in multiple threads and pissing people off within hours of rejoining the forum.

Just thought it was a bit meh but judging by your comments on the HHSB thread, I guess maybe that's just your style.

Finished building up my Pompino last night and the seat clamp snapped. I was using the right size and the seatpost was still moving. Just wanted to see if everyone has been using the recommended 29.8mm size?

Can anyone recommend to me a set of 700c wheels which take discs and some good levers to go with them for my pompetamine, thanks.

I use a 29.8 mm clamp on mine, does the job with no problems.

Could try these. http://www.halorims.com/products-details.php?id=WHHA9WKF&type=mtb&c=X
I have these rims on mine but laced onto hope hubs. Most 29er disc wheels should work unless you want to run really skinny tyres.
I run an avid BB7 road brake on the front and it's awesome. The road one works with any regular drop levers.

A: Why would you buy a Pompetamine and run skinny tyres?
B: Most XC oriented 29er wheels are still using ridiculously skinny rims anyway, so you can still use 23c road race tyres on many of them if you must.FWIW, I'm using Kris Holm XC rims laced to Hope hubs, but if you have a bit more cash the Salsa Gordo looks like a nice option. There's loads of 29er choices out there these days, so it's hard to give a definitive recommendation without knowing what tyres you're going to use and how much you want to spend. I'd definitely be thinking custom build rather than boxed wheels, and this from the man who says 99% of road riders would be better off on Mavic Aksiums/Shimano RS30s if they put their pretension aside.

Yeah, I don't know why anyone would want to run skinny tyres on a pompetamine but I see people doing it all the time on pompinos so I guess I just had it in mind that someone might want that option.
Would agree on the custom option as the best for sure. Halo was just the first boxed wheel that came into my head.
Thinking of upgrading rims myself and was leaning towards the Mavic TN719 as I've always found Mavic rims to be good in the past. How have the Kris Holm rims worked for you. Do you think they're a better option?

Do you think they're a better option?
Depends on tyre choice. They're sweet with 700x35 Marathon Racers, but obviously with a 38mm rim you can never run any tyres narrower than 35c, and with a Pompetamine you can't use anything bigger either (700x40 Marathon Supremes fit, but clearance is 70s-track-bike tight)
If you want a happy medium, rim width of ~28mm seems about right - you can then use pretty much any rubber from 28 to 38

Yeah, I might go for the Mavic TN719s. I'm running 32c Paselas at the moment. The folding ones and I'm really happy with them.

This is mine. Finished it a couple of months ago, been very happy with it.

Don't know it's already been up, and maybe i'm just blind, but are the decals on the blue Pompino (2012) orange or red?
If their orange, any chance that it's the same orange color as orange Lizardskin? -

I can see where you're going with this.
Don't do it man!
To answer you question I don't know.
But seriously don't do it

So, i'm about to get my first Pompino, but noticed something about the rear brake guide.
Does all Pompino frames come with this rear brake guide?
Because some of the photo's on OnOne's page shows no rear brake guide, and some shows it.
