I've caught myself saying either and cringed heavily on others behalf. And saying it ironically actually worse than not. Sincerity in the way you speak, whether it's youth speak or whatever, is quite rare these days.
To answer your question swag is worse as it's american, so it's doubley douchey for a british person to say, sincerely or otherwise. I know I said douchey, but that's different.
