Is it really boring to have my arm covered in work inspired by Sailor Jerry flash? I'm not even following the trend, I just fucking love the subject matter of his work.

Thinking of taking a flash sheet that I like and getting Andrea Furci to put his own twist on it and just redraw it all. Or is that lame? Hmmm..

I don't think that's boring. I'd stick to the classic and not bother with trying to twist it. Get a proper, old-school sleeve: no fussy background, classic pieces, solid black lines and heavy shading and colour. That's not a trend, that's classic and it's held up better than anything else.

There is some fantastic old flash out there, I wouldn't limit myself to just Sailor Jerry.
