  • 50 quid seems alot just for blasting a frame.

  • 50 quid seems alot just for blasting a frame.

    +1

    £$€£££$

  • +£25 return postage = £75 = a lot.

    Polishing prices seem good though.

  • Armourtex charge about £20.

  • For GBP 70.- or even less you get a frame and fork blasted and powdercoated in 2 layers.
Blasting F&F is approx 10 min work.
Looks a bit like a profesional garage with high renting rates for the equipment.
I think it can be a very good service with a lot of potential customers from here (and many other places), be the prices have to be re-done a bit.
A bicycle frame is not a motorcycle frame.

  • 180 for polishing a frame?

  • I bench polished this Campag seatpost yesterday.... was thinking of doing other peoples seatposts or stems if anyone's interested?

    £15 each.

  • Beautiful job you done there spaghettihoops! How do you charge for polishing a campagnolo seat post? cheers c_c

  • it depends on what sort of condition it's in to start with i guess... i'm not going to bother with anything thats deeply scratched, as it will take hours of sanding before i can even think about polishing.... i think between £15-£20 depending on the condition.
