The largest i know ( heard of)of is Schlumpf 65T.
although If you run half link, you can get down to small end down to 9t. (like the specialized p-fix)
I know wear n tear does go up with small sizes. I have been running a 13t dura ace cog with a kmc 918 for 2 years, heavy use. Seems bulletproof.
