I'm back on the wagon too. 15st 3lbs down 2lbs this week.
now I'm back to commuting full time (no travelcard) though I'm getting daily exercise so it's easier to maintain a calorie deficit in order to lose weight so with some judicious calorie counting I should drop the stone I gained after my accident pretty sharpish (i hope).
