Perhaps it is just me, but for fear of sounding like a complete Luddite, do you really need a GPS sat nav type thing anyway?
All you have to do is find London Fields by 8 pm where you will find about 1500 cyclists ready to roll through the night.
Then just follow them - easy.
Throughout the ride you will see groups heading to the coast, just find your right pace ( I reccommend steady eddy style - er it is a long way after all ...) and follow the red lights in front of you.
Personally, I took detailed route maps of Essex and Suffolk with me last year and didn't look at them once.
Enjoy the magic of the ride, the beauty of the countryside at night and when morning comes, and just follow your fellow cyclists....
