    really?

  • hey apollox, thanks for your reply,
the commute- yeah i dont know how but when i ride my fixed when i am fit i can ride it as fast as my race bikes, its just when you get them wheels turning they don't stop and there are only a couple of hills on the way which i far prefer riding on my fixies.
Re- the velocity rim, yeah I am pretty sure thats what they use to bond the carbon onto. Or they used to when i bought them from the states. Thats what makes em so much stronger than other wheels. Bit heavier though. Not many people use a rear but I love it. Thanks mate. I am checking into the velocity rim though. Safe miles Steve

oh suspiscious one, I have not ridden it for a year or so then went for a spin on it yesterday and forgot how sweet she is. its just i have been racing and using my other bikes recently. I can safely say its been a pleasure to build it up over the last few years. And I know what its like to have a bike stolen, (Colnago extreme power with record. big ouch, nearly caught him.) The bike is beautiful and i specced it myself.

  • bit tricky racing ironman Lanzarote on a fixie with heavy wheels with a massive cross section area. cool on a track or along the embankment though. And I love bikes, I gotta sell before I can buy another.

  • managed to do it as a fingernail thing. thanks

  • done

  • just uploaded a thumbnail. Sweet or not?

  • Dibs front Aero if you split

  • 2nd dibs on front Aero mate.

  • double aero!!! Whoah!!

  • thanks for the Whoah!
i used to race BMX as a kid so I cant get used to one aero on the front as it was always the back wheel we trashed. one bike for racing light race wheels, another for freestyle and the skate park with 5 spoke skyway tuffs....
