I'm currently (apparently it's in the jig now waiting for my ok) having a Mercian track frame built which I've specified S and S couplings on

Can anyone confirm if bikes with these are allowed or not allowed by tracks? Mercian thought it was worth checking...
I've only been to Herne Hill so far and haven't seen any rules about these but wondered if anyone else knew anything?
