Shimano or Campagnolo?
Not Carbon I know but..
I've got a pair of unused Dura Ace 9 speed hubs built onto blue Open Pros with double butted Sapim spokes 32 hole 3 cross front & rear 1750g sans skewers
£395 posted
or Campag Chorus 9 speed hubs on Open Pro blue, immaculate condition
http://www.lfgss.com/thread83458.html#post2809472
or Mavic ksyrium SSC (Not SL but the older all black jobs) 24/20 bladed spokes, immaculate condition solid as a rock
£260 posted
Basically I'm having some race wheels built up around a new FRM carbon hubset with CX-rays and Kinlin rims for the all black look and I seriously need to thin my wheels out..so the Open pros & the SSCs have to go. -

Shimano
and tubs are old skool now anyways, apparently more and more riders (even cat 1) are going with clinchers, it's the future:o) -

I was at the Otley Crit last night, and you are right, lot's of guys on clinchers..
I'm still looking for wheels though...

Call me oldschool, I would just rather race on tubs. Forget science, for me they just feel better.

Give Vaidas bicycles a call, they're building great carbon wheelsets

I'm in Leeds so they are a bit far out, I'm also allergic to buying new stuff from shops ;)

During the five minutes every other day when they are open?
I'm looking for a set of road wheels, would prefer some carbon tubs but clichers are fine, as is aluminium ;)
I have a decent budget so show me what you gots!
Nothing much deeper than 50mm, sram compatible and preferably 8-10 speed compatible (not essential though).
Thanks
